HeadStart is built for incoming and current MBA and graduate students who want a structured, coach-led plan for their career search rather than figuring it out alone.

Is HeadStart only for MBA students?

No. While the program is built around the MBA recruiting calendar, it is open to incoming graduate students across other master's programs as well.

Do I need an MBA admission to participate?

Most participants join after receiving an offer of admission, but candidates awaiting decisions are welcome to apply and begin their preparation early.

How much time should I commit each week?

Plan for 2–3 hours per week, which is a live session.

Yes. HeadStart is delivered live online, with sessions facilitated by TitanR coaches and guest experts.

How many students are accepted?

Each cohort is intentionally limited to preserve coaching quality and small-group interaction.

Is the case competition mandatory?

Participation is strongly encouraged as the capstone of the program, though coaching itself remains the core experience for every participant.

What happens after the program?
